I am currently applying for a job at STI-Naga and part of the recruitment process is for me to undergo a Neurological Test. I must admit that this is not the first time that I have undergone such test. However, it makes me think on the validity of suh tests. It makes me think. How can one tests be able to clearly explain the pshycological well-being of an individual. Of course, they have to take in to consideration different factors to be able to completely analyze the neurological state of a person. I know that the exams that institutiopns like this give are results of hundreds of research. Without me saying this, they would not use that particular test unless they are a hundred percent sure that it is accurate and is reliable. However, my only concern is that, would a multiple choice test enough to completely describe an individual's personality? What if in the course of taking the test the person feels suddenly ill and cannot understand the questions he is about to answer. Obviosuly the answers would be haywired.
I am not completely saying that these things have no weight on them or whatever. My point is just that, there has to be hundreds of considerations on defining a pe whose mind goesinds and our personalities are very complicated to be defined by a test of abc's.
