Capitalizing on the unique Filipino fiesta atmosphere, the said event was aimed at celebrating the contributions and the achievements of the Ayala Group of companies in its aim of changing lives and building the nation through its different companies ranging from technology, banking, communication and recently education.
Thousands of employees from the different Ayala owned companies gathered at the venue. The event started with a hip hop competition between different dance groups coming from the companies. It was followed with an awarding of the victors of the recently concluded JZA golf cup.
All the attendees were given a gift card which were used to purchase various food items from the food stalls set up within the area.
As the night went on, the different companies prepared different presentations which depicted the journey of Ayala throughout the years. Dance presentations with various themes such as Spanish, World War II, Retro, Millenium and others grazed the stage and entertained the audience.
The night ended with a catchy song number entitled "Sigaw Ayala" which was arranged by Ryan Cayabyab and whose lyrics was made by an employee who won in the lyric making contest set up by the chain.
